You’ve just had a healing or coaching session.
One where your body is tingling.
You can feel something moving after a big awareness.
Your body, mind, soul, energy body all responding.
There are some things you can do post session to support your body and the healing process you’ve gone through.
- Lemon Water
Have a glass or three of water with fresh lemon in it. When we receive healing it occurs at a metaphysical level meaning it’s not something that just happens to our energy body or deeper parts of us.
Our body is very much part of the process.
Our body will be dumping debris out of the cells as it releases trapped emotions and beliefs.
Water will flush the debris out.
Add in half a fresh lemon to your water.
Our water isn’t no longer alive. It’s treated in treatment plants and loaded full of chemicals, then, many of us, then filter out the chemicals before we drink it.
But we filter out all the good bits too.
Adding lemon to the water will bring it back to life making it much more effective in clearing out debris.
- Salt Water
Adding salt to your bath or shower will help release some of the energy that is hanging around you after a session.
When we wash, we use soap to wash our physical body. Think of salt as soap for your energetic body.
Pop some in the bath or on your washer in the shower.
I have even added it to my shampoo.
It doesn’t have to be any type of special salt. Any will do.
I keep a really cheap bottle of table salt in my shower.
If you have had a particularly big session or even just feeling out of sorts, a bath hot bath (as hot as you can handle) with a cup of salt and a teaspoon of instant coffee is magic. Soak for 20 minutes.
- Body Brushing
I’ve been body brushing for 2 years now and I love it.
It stimulates the body to release excess debris, toxins and junk in the cells.
This really supports cells as they heal, change and adjust to the healing.
If you’ve had some big beliefs shifted out, then cleaning out the cells is a must as beliefs are the number on influencer on cells and DNA.
When you body brush, make sure it is when you are dry, such as before you have a shower.
Always brush towards the heart. So from fingertips to shoulders, down shoulders, down chest, up the legs and trunk.
It is recommending not to do this if you are feeling constipated as the body dumps a lot of cells which just add to the problem.
Have lemon water to help flush out the debris.
