Wendy has completely cleared limiting beliefs and is calmer in the old triggering situationsI have read a lot of self-help books and done a few self-development courses and I knew that I had some limiting beliefs that where holding me back from being the best ‘me’ that I could be. I even knew what they were. Many times in the past I have tried to ‘just get over it’ and move forward but the limiting beliefs were always still there, just covered over or hidden for a little while and eventually they would rise and take over again. When I went to Helena for a session, what I was looking for was a HOW. How to get rid of my limiting beliefs. I knew I had them, I knew I had to get rid of them, but no one could tell me HOW to do it! Helena is a truly beautiful person inside and out. She is non-judgmental, compassionate and gentle. Her workspace is warm and inviting - a safe haven where Helena made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Instead of trying to just cover my limiting beliefs, her session helped me to identify exactly WHEN and WHY those limiting beliefs had started. Helena then helped me deal with the emotions and feelings that went with those discoveries. Finally Helena helped me to identify some positive beliefs about myself that through the Journey Process have REPLACED the limiting beliefs instead of just temporarily covering them! As a result of the 1:1 session, I have now completely cleared my limiting beliefs and know and understand and am okay with the fact that just because two people have differing beliefs doesn’t make one of them more right than the other. I have learnt how to speak my mind when I have too, in a strong but non-confrontational way and I have learnt how to deal with the emotions and feelings that arise when someone I love disapproves of what I am doing/saying. I am calmer, happier and every day I am being the best ‘me’ that I can be.
